Lip Piercing- it is the kind of lip piercing that is done just under the lips of the person. Vertical Lip Piercing- it is another type of lip piercings that can be done by using the curved barbell, in this type of piercing thepenetrating goes upright through the lip in such a way that the bottom ball is in a normal place for the lip piercing while the top ball assembles on the top of the bottom ring. 

Low Bret Piercing – it is one of the types of lip piercings which is considered as the simple labret sort of piercing which is needed to be performed as low as possible rendering to the anatomy of the piercee. The back of the labret stud that is being used for the lip piercing will be in the position right down where the lips meet the gums and is usuallyperformed on the side rather than in between. 

Monroe Piercing- it is the sort of lip piercing that is done on the overhead of the top lip and is off to one side. The name of the type of lip piercing is because of it similarity to the beauty spot of Marilyn Monroe.  In general this piercing is quite closer to the nose than being closer to the beauty spot. 

Medusa Piercing- this type of lip piercing is done just above the center area of your top lip. The area is called as the philtrum and it is known as the little muffled place between your top lip and your nose.
