Nose Piercing Aftercare Information

Nose piercing is the second most common type of body piercing these days after ear piercings and now you can see even teenagers wearing studs on their faces. Almost all the women in this world are attracted towards getting this type of piercing done. But before you can go for this it is better for you to learn about its aftercare tips and guidelines so you can enjoy your piercings in a more healthy way.

The pre-care tips that you must take care of involves learning about hygiene. Make sure the rings and the studs that are going to be used are sterile and also opened for the first time at the time of insertion since great danger of infection and septic is there from the non-sterilized gin and needles. About 8 to 10 weeks are required by the nose piercings to heal completely and fully so if you want your piercing to heal very fast and if you want to avoid the chances of infection then it is better for you to unblemished your nose piercing after every shower. For this you can soak a cotton wool ball in any anti-bacterial solution and apply it on your piercing to make it dirt fee by the help of calm strokes.

For better healing of nose piercings you can apply lavender oil on it as it can aid in the counter activity and greasing of the wound and it may also help in the reduction of its tenderness as well. After cleaning of the wound is done you can use a very small quantity of cotton soaked in a cotton wool and then flourish it on your nose.  Next thing that you should do is avoid covering your fresh nose piercing with any makeup matter when applying it on your face.

Make sure you are choosing the correct nose piercing jewellery for yourself as most of the studs can easily be caught into the hairs and even on the clothing that can cause the aggravation of the tissues of your nose and may delay the process of your nose piercing healing.  Try not to remove your piercing for at least 4 months of having it as nose piercing have a great tendency to get closed abnormally. If the ring or stud falls out and you can’t put it back in then try to consult the professional piercer as soon as it is possible.
